AG Programs at Historical Society

I came upon the Montclair Historical Society website by accident and found that they have American Girl programs! It's in Montclair, NJ, about 1/2 hour from NYC. Their events calendar up to July has some interesting programs about Felicity and Addy, and birthday celebrations for Felicity, Samantha and Molly. I'll have to make it out there sometime--they sound like fun! [img]smile.gif[/img]

I would really love to go to. I wonder if its just for children. I love Montclair. I used to work there and loved the town and all the little shops and restuarnts.

I am so upset because I cant go, I just checked the date- but it sounded like so much fun. If you guys go you have to post how it was. I love history and this sounded like so much fun.

Mom to AG- I used to work in the shipping department for a company called Thomas Direct.It was in the same building as a bank and right next to Starbucks.( I used to go there every moring.)I think its the same road the college is on,I just forget the name of it.

I have a child and you all can be my au pairs if you want. It would legitimize our going.

All kidding aside, I am serious. Though I am sure it was geared toward little girls I think it would be a great learning experience for all of us.

Montclair is cool. I am not just saying that because DH lived there for most of his first 29 years and we still have his mom there, but it is a great, diverse town.
